We utilize a dual virtual currency system consisting of "Gold Coins" (GC) and "Sweeps Coins" (SC). Gold Coins can be used for standard gameplay and can be acquired for free or purchased; however, they hold no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes. Sweeps Coins are used for promotional sweepstakes play. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased; they are exclusively provided as a free bonus alongside the purchase of certain Gold Coin packages, through daily login bonuses, or via our Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) mail-in process. Sweeps Coins won through gameplay may be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards, subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms and our official Sweeps Rules.

2. Eligibility Requirements

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC): Lavish Luck Casino is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. Before you are permitted to make any purchases or request the redemption of any Sweeps Coins for prizes, you must successfully complete our identity verification process. This process requires you to submit valid government-issued photographic identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport) and proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three (3) months. We reserve the right to utilize third-party identity verification services to authenticate the information you provide. Failure to complete this process or the provision of fraudulent documents will result in account termination.

4. Virtual Currency Rules and Expiration

As detailed above, the Platform utilizes Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.

  • Gold Coins (GC): Gold Coins are a virtual social currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and cannot be transferred to other players. If your account is closed or suspended, any remaining Gold Coin balance is forfeited.
  • Sweeps Coins (SC): Sweeps Coins are promotional sweepstakes entries. Sweeps Coins are only valid for sixty (60) days from the date you last logged into your account. If your account remains inactive for a continuous period of 60 days, all Sweeps Coins associated with your account will automatically expire and be forfeited without notice.

Neither Gold Coins nor Sweeps Coins constitute property, and you possess no property rights in these virtual items. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currencies at our sole discretion, with no liability to you or any third party.

5. Prize Redemptions

Players who accumulate Sweeps Coins through winning sweepstakes gameplay may request to redeem those SC for real-world prizes, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Playthrough Requirement: All Sweeps Coins acquired as a bonus (e.g., via login bonuses, AMOE, or accompanying a GC purchase) must be played through at least one (1) time on the Platform's games before they become eligible for redemption.
  • Minimum Threshold: The minimum redemption threshold is one hundred (100) eligible Sweeps Coins. Requests for redemption below this amount will not be processed.
  • Redemption Value: For the purposes of prize calculation, one (1) eligible Sweeps Coin may be redeemed for one US Dollar ($1.00 USD) in cash value, or an equivalent value in digital gift cards, at the player's election and subject to availability.
  • Processing Times: Standard processing times for cash redemptions to a verified bank account range from three (3) to ten (10) business days following the approval of the redemption request. Delays may occur due to banking holidays or additional security reviews.
  • Maximum Limits: In accordance with local sweepstakes laws, players residing in New York and Florida are subject to a maximum redemption limit of $5,000 per single sweepstakes play or spin. Any winnings exceeding this amount in a single play will be reduced to $5,000. For all other permitted jurisdictions, the maximum daily redemption request is limited to 10,000 SC.

6. Purchases and Payment Processing

While no purchase is required to play, Users may optionally purchase Gold Coin packages. All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible. We do not grant refunds for unused Gold Coins or if your account is subsequently suspended.

Payment processing for the Platform is facilitated by authorized third-party agents acting on behalf of Prudent Owl Limited. Specifically, US-based transactions are processed by Summer Autumn Play Inc., and international/UK-based transactions may be processed by Cosmic Tour Limited. By initiating a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our respective payment processors. You must be the named account holder on any credit card, debit card, or e-wallet used to make purchases on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

You agree to use the Platform fairly and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

  • Using the Platform if you are under 18 or located in a Restricted Territory.
  • Using automated tools, bots, macros, screen scrapers, or exploits to interact with the games or accumulate Sweeps Coins.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover a bug, you must report it immediately to customer support.
  • Engaging in money laundering, fraud, payment chargebacks, or using stolen financial instruments.
  • Colluding with other players, transferring accounts, or selling your account to a third party.
  • Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward Lavish Luck customer support staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, graphics, games, software, sound, music, text, and other material on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Prudent Owl Limited or our third-party game providers (such as Betsoft, EvoPlay, BGaming, and others). You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body agreed upon by both parties. This clause does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to stop intellectual property infringement.
